As we all know, the Fitness Industry is constantly changing with respect to training, nutrition, whats hot, whats not etc.

I believe as a Trainer/Coach you need to upskill. End of.

No one knows everything !

Everyday is a school day as my Mum used to say. Too many trainers qualify and then rest on their laurels without continuing to upskill or add more strings to their bow…(so to speak).

We train our body so why should we stop training our mind?

I’m going to digress slightly here now….

While some factors, such as your genes, are out of your control, many powerful lifestyle factors are within your sphere of influence.

According to the Alzheimer’s Research & Prevention Foundation, physical exercise reduces your risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease by 50 percent.

 

So why not learn that new language you have always wanted to or learn a new skill….the only thing stopping you…is you !!
