I believe that personal training is not just about having a trainer while you workout. It’s about having someone guide you through every aspect of your health/fitness and wellbeing journey whether it be in or out of the gym.
Everybody is different. We all have different goals and respond to different stimuli. What works for one person won’t always work for another. I believe it is necessary to apply a wide range of training principles to create a bespoke programme just for you – so you get the best results and achieve your desired goals.
So I train women, men, pre and postal natal mums, people who are re-habbing after injury, and last but not least those with a good few years on the clock.
All great journeys start with a single step, and my starting point with you is to hear not just your physical goals, but all about how you live your life, how you eat, how you sleep – the more I know the better I can develop a programme that’s totally tailored to you.
